Meet our Membership Experience Team!

Our Membership Experience Team is led by the Vice President of Membership Experience, and composed of the Director of First Year Experience, Director of Recruitment Events, Director of Member Selection, and the Director of Lifetime Membership. 

Vice President of Membership Experience: Ashleigh Greenwood

It is the responsibility of the vice president of membership experience (VPME) to coordinate all
education, logistics and implementation of chapter recruitment and retention efforts. The VPME will
oversee all initiatives to engage the entire chapter and uphold all Tri Delta ideals creating a wellrounded collegiate membership in Tri Delta–from the new member period through becoming
alumnae

Director of Member Selection: Audrey Alcorn 

It is the responsibility of the director of member selection to contribute to a culture of year-round
recruitment by collecting, processing and organizing all potential new members’ (PNMs)
information obtained by the chapter. This officer educates the chapter on the voting process for
membership selection and ensures the chapter follows appropriates procedures.

Director of Recruitment Events: Lauren Kauffman 

It is the responsibility of the director of recruitment events to plan all design efforts for recruitment
and coordinate member involvement in the implementation of approved designs/logistics. The
director of recruitment events will lead committees and appointed officers to carry out the execution
of plans prior to recruitment rounds beginning. The director will lead efforts as necessary to keep
the chapter at total as directed by the VPME.

Director of First Year Experience: Addy O'Toole 

It is the responsibility of the director of first year experience to implement all programming to
ensure new members are appropriately prepared for Initiation and integrated into the chapter during
their first year as a member of Tri Delta. The director of first year experience will focus on
belonging within the chapter to assist with the retention of members. This officer will empower new
members to find community within the chapter as well as encourage initiated members in the
integration of the new members to create a strong sisterhood.

Director of Lifetime Membership

It is the responsibility of the director of lifetime membership to provide sound education of the
traditions, relevance and Fraternity history to all events, activities and presentations, and to support
the idea of lifelong membership in Tri Delta by spreading pride among members and to maintain
the relationship with local and national alumnae members.
