Operations Team

Meet our Operations Team!

Our Operations team is led by the Vice President of Operations and is composed of the Director of Administration, Director of Member Finances, Director of Financial Operations, and Director of Facility Operations.

Vice President of Operations: Hayley Polkes 

It is the responsibility of the vice president of operations (VPO) to efficiently and effectively
manage the overall operations of the chapter, as well as officer accountability. Additionally, if the
collegiate chapter president (CCP) cannot assume their duties for any reason, the VPO will assume
the role of the CCP

Director of Administration: Avery Farver 

 It is the responsibility of the director of administration to assist in overall chapter business. The
director of administration contributes to chapter operations by maintaining organized records and
documenting chapter business meetings.

Director of Facility Operations: Kayleigh Knight 

It is the responsibility of the director of facility operations to oversee all administrative
responsibilities involved in maintaining the chapter facility and/or Tri Delta territory. It is the
responsibility of the director of facility operations to instill a sense of community in and among the
chapter and facility residents, as applicable.

Director of Financial Operations: Makenna Malota 

It is the responsibility of the director of financial operations to manage chapter budgeting and
accounts payable

Director of Member Finances: Lily Barnard 

It is the responsibility of the director of member finances to manage and oversee individual member
finances and accounts receivable, educate and hold chapter members accountable to their financial
obligations and maintain the financial health of the chapter.
